Irrtümlich an Ellipal gesendete Gelder – Wie kann ich sie zurückholen?

Alle,

Ich bin ziemlich neu in der Kryptowelt. Ich habe mehrere Fonds in meinem Ellipal. Ich habe etwas AVAX auf Coinbase gekauft und dachte, ich könnte es an meinen Ellipal Titan schicken, da ich das AVAX-Token unter der BNB-Netzwerküberschrift installieren konnte. Ich fand schnell heraus, dass dies ein Fehler war.

Ellipal fand mein Geld auf der C-Chain-Transaktionswebsite. Aber jetzt versuche ich, die Gelder auf eine Wallet zu übertragen, die AVAX-C unterstützt, wie zum Beispiel meine [Crypto dot com](https://Crypto.com) Geldbörse

Ellipal hat versucht, mir zu helfen, aber ich verstehe ihre kryptischen Hilfemeldungen einfach nicht. Ich suche eher eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung, wie man es macht.

Upload your seed to wallet that supports the network you sent on. Then you should be able to retrieve it

Here is what Ellipal is telling me to do:

„I think you must select AVAX network when you make a withdrawal transaction instead of BSC network, You may check here https://avascan.info/

Please follow below steps to recover your AVAX back .

1. You need to recover your account via Mnemonics on Ellipal app 

    a. Tap „add account „, import account ,  by Mnemonics 

    b.  Enter Mnemonics , name and password ,done.

    c.  You will get a hot wallet. 

2. Export private key

     a. Tap …behind account name , Export Private key , select BSC&BEP20 tokens.

     b. Copy private key

     c. Go to Crypto.com wallet which support AVAX network, import BSC Private key to AVAX . the AVAX balance will appear.

3. Recover account via Mnemonics on Ellipal Titan, then connect with Ellipal app. The hot wallet will became back a cold wallet.“

What I don’t understand is how I transfer AVAX off the C- Chain. How do I access it to transfer it?

It turns out that Crypto.com won’t let me import a private key.

Does anyone know a wallet that will let me import a BSC Private key AND supports AVAX so that I can get my Avax funds back?
