Zum Vergleich: Ich habe derzeit die Version 2.60.0. Kann ich das Update verweigern und Ledger Live und meine Hardware-Geldbörse weiterhin ohne Probleme verwenden?

You can keep using an older Live version until something breaks – it could be on the backend side, or an application interface changing. You are on your own if you decide to do that (support will not be able to help you), as it is recommended to always run the latest Ledger Live version, the latest firmware available for your device and the latest version of device applications

Why you don’t want to use it? It’s fine to update to latest software version.

Warning:

-Don’t enter your seed into anything except the Ledger device itself.

-Download / update ledger live software from official website only.

-Never use search engine to access ledger website.

-Ignore all messages in your inbox and mark them as spam.

-Never click links or install software from an e-mail.

-Never respond to someone request to download remote applications(Team viewer, anydesk and etc.)

-Always conduct a small amount test while sending or receiving your funds and verify that the correct wallet address was copied/pasted into address bracket.

I’d say skip using LL all over; in future they will also force you to update your ledger to have that recovery feature. Instead start using some other wallets like MM or say sparrow

I find it useful to treat Live as a firmware update tool, exclusively. Accounts aren’t even imported to it. All actual “crypto activity” happens through something like Metamask connected to the Ledger.

That way, the only time you’d need to update Live is when you want a firmware update.

Hi! To manage your transactions using Ledger Live, it is necessary to update the firmware of your device. However, if you prefer to use third-party apps, you can still view and manage your tokens without updating the firmware. Feel free to ask if you have any other inquiries.

It doesnt matter if you have an old version your ledger is not getting updates but the software my ledger is in a save far from my house. if i need it ever i take it download software and unlock my assests

I don’t see my Cardano Agix tokens value on ledger anymore. Any idea on what happened to the value ? As in the dollar value. Tokens are there but not the dollar value. Thanks.
