Ledger hat also eine modifizierte Firmware für mich aufgespielt, die das Ledger Live IP-Tracking & Cookies System verwendet. Ich bin vor 3 Monaten auf Trezor umgestiegen und es läuft reibungslos. Diese IP & Cookies Tracking-Service ist nicht akzeptabel von einem Closed-Source-Hardware-Wallet-Hersteller.

This post is so uninformed it’s crazy. Ledger is open source and Ledger Live needs your IP address to connect to the internet. Your device does not know your IP address. You switched to a less secure device with fewer supported assets because you were completely ignorant. You wasted extra money for no reason. Smarten up if you’re going to be putting your hard earned money into cryptocurrency. One small mistake can hurt you and judging by the idiocy of this post you’re more than likely not ready.

Arguably our architecture is significantly more Open Source friendly than Trezor, while being also unarguably way more secure. You can convince yourself by adding support for a new asset in Trezor firmware and see what happens.
