Ledger Live zeigt nicht den korrekten BTC-Saldo an

Vor ein paar Monaten habe ich einige BTC von einer Börse abgehoben. Ich schickte eine Testtransaktion und danach den vollen Betrag. Ledger Live zeigt nur den Saldo und tx der Testtransaktion an.

Wenn ich die Adresse in einen Blockchain-Explorer eingebe, sehe ich den Saldo und die Transaktionen. Die BTC wurden also empfangen, aber warum wird sie nicht in Ledger Live angezeigt und wie kann ich das beheben?

Try clearing the cache in Ledger Live’s settings menu. (under the Help sub-menu)

That forces a resync from the blockchain and hopefully will show you your accurate balance.

I deleted ledger live app and reinstalled the app. After that it showed me the correct balance

Did you by chance have to give your xpub to this exchange in order to send funds? I’ve seen exchanges do some funky derivation paths with your xpub and ledger live isn’t looking at the same addresses. Here’s a question: look at the outgoing transactions from your exchange. Do both of the addresses you sent to show up in Ledger Live? If not, it could be a weird derivation path issue on the sending side.

If that is the case, don’t worry. In my experience you can always recover funds send to different derivation paths, you just may need to get Electrum involved to do the job.
