Ich habe mein Ledger für eine Weile gehabt und weiß, wie man es ausschaltet, indem man die 2 Tasten gedrückt hält. Allerdings, jetzt, wenn ich die 2 Tasten halten nichts passiert und mein Ledger ist nur ständig auf jetzt.

Ich sah einige Leute sagen, um es aus der Batterie laufen lassen und lassen Sie es neu starten, aber niemand kam zurück und sagte, es funktionierte. War neugierig zu sehen, ob jemand einige Lösungen hatte.

I just hold both buttons and then select „power off“. Are you sure that both buttons work?

I did search on mine and I don’t see another way to turn it off.

I’ve had this same issue a couple times lately where it won’t let me access the control center by pressing both buttons to power it off. The people saying to let the battery die are correct. That has fixed the problem for me (although not permanently, unfortunately).

Make sure it is unplugged from your device. Don’t hold down both buttons, but just press them at the same time.

It wont power off if plugged it, it just starts up again, just incase you have it plugged in?

I had the same a few months ago. Letting it drain clear the fault and has been OK since. Only happened the once for me.
