Hat noch jemand diese Erfahrung gemacht?
Wenn ich mein Ledger Stax NFT bei [shop.ledger.com/products/ledger-stax-redeem](https://shop.ledger.com/products/ledger-stax-redeem), wird angezeigt, dass mein NFT gültig ist und in Anspruch genommen werden kann. Wenn ich jedoch „Jetzt auschecken“ wähle, muss ich immer noch über 300 $ bezahlen? Welchen Nutzen hat die NFT dann? War sie nicht eine Vorabzahlung für den Stax, und warum muss ich noch einmal zahlen?

I’ve tried Desktop, Mobile, WC, MM. Can’t even reach the spot for a code. I get the choose the token after signing and then fails. Ledger is aware of the issue but has not given any sort of time frame for a fix. It would also help to have a banner on the redeem page „THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH REDEEM. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER“ or something to that effect so that people stop wasting time like I did 🙁

could be a browser issue. most with success are at least reporting using a desktop browser.

I got a message saying nft actions, including connecting to ledger shop, are disabled on ios mobile app because Apple sucks. It looks like it will only work via desktop. What a bummer. I am on holiday for the next two weeks. :/

We are facing some backend issues that we are currently fixing.

However, the issues could be related to connection issues related to Metamask or Wallet connect. Make sure that you aren’t facing any issues with it.
