Hallo, ich verwende Trezor Suite. Ich habe festgestellt, dass auf der Registerkarte „Konten“ zwei verschiedene Konten erstellt wurden, beide unter Bitcoin #1. Ist das normal? Ich habe nur ein Trezor-Gerät.

Als ich anfing, Einzahlungen auf den Trezor vorzunehmen, gab es nur ein Bitcoin #1-Konto. Mit der Zeit ist ein weiteres (leeres) Konto über dem einzigen Konto erschienen, auf das ich eingezahlt habe.

Ich kann keine Option zum Löschen dieses Kontos finden. Es ist nichts auf dem Konto, und es sagt, dass es ein natives Segwit BECH32-Protokoll ist.

Soll ich es einfach so lassen oder gibt es eine andere Vorgehensweise/Option, die ich in Betracht ziehen sollte?

I think it’s on their suit roadmap to be able to delete empty accounts, but for now you will have to live with that or use another trezor interface.

I had something similar happen on my Trezor one. I transferred BTC to Bitcoin #1 account. All good for awhile then about a month later I opened my Trezor to find I had a segwit wallet with all my BTC and the Bitcoin #1 wallet empty. At the time I had no idea about segwit wallets and definately did not create it myself. Coincidently, Trezor Suite stopped access to my standard wallet at the same time. To this day I still can’t access through the suite (all fimware updates are complete) and have to use trezor.io for access to all wallets. Just another problem in the crypto world. Hope you find out what happened. I never did 🙁

The account is the native segwit account with bc1q addresses. This is now the standard account type for TREZOR as using it saves some fees. The old accounts will still work fine and there is no need to use the new account. Especially because not all wallets support bc1 addresses, yet.

You can either ignore the account, or start using it to save some fees in the future and to boast about your new bc1 address. Since the fee saving is low, it doesn’t make sense to pay fees to move all your funds to the new account immediately.

With the new Suite you can also create a taproot account. This is not yet done automatically mainly because the support for its bc1p addresses in other wallets is still quite bad. In the long run, it will probably be the main account though.
