Ich habe ein paar Bugs mit dieser Wallet gefunden. Immer noch genießen, es zu benutzen, aber es wird zunehmend frustrierend mit ihm.

​

1) **Nicht erkannt** – Zahlreiche Male bekomme ich KeepKey nicht erkannt. Ich muss dann den Stecker abziehen. Ziemlich ärgerlich.

2) **Konten werden geladen -** Ich kann Ihnen gar nicht sagen, wie oft ich beim Start den Bildschirm „Konten werden geladen“ erhalte, der dann so lange hängen bleibt, bis ich die Verbindung mehrmals unterbreche und wieder herstelle. Außerdem erhalte ich die Aufforderung „Geben Sie Ihre PIN ein“ auf dem Keepkey, aber der Bildschirm „Konto laden“ bleibt dort mit einer Animation stehen.

3) **Failed Sends -** Dies ist also ein ständiges Problem. Ich versuche, BTG, BTC, ETH an eine Adresse zu senden. Ich durchlaufe einige Schritte, um das Senden zu verifizieren und dann passiert nichts. Manchmal funktioniert es, wenn ich auf einen höheren Betrag oder vielleicht einen niedrigeren Betrag ändern.

Bitte helfen Sie mir zu verstehen, wie man das besser machen kann. Ihr Update hat meine Erwartungen an Ihr Portemonnaie deutlich gesenkt.

KeepKey USB cord sucks. I switched to using my go pro USB and all those problems you just described went away.
Give it a try with a different USB cord. Hope that helps you.

Sounds more like a problem with the connection, or with the computer.

Cheapest option is to try a different USB lead. If that doesn’t help, try getting access to a different computer and see if that has the same problems. Only if you get the same problems on a different computer would I suspect the keepkey.

FWIW, I never see anything like this.

Interesting discovery!

I just connected my second Keepkey (backup) and it worked like a charm on the older Macbook. I am thinking maybe the older Keepkey is the one with issues. Ill try a swapping cords shortly.

​

It worked with the newer cord with the newer backup Keepkey. So I am guessing this is a cord issue as you guys mentioned.

​

What good Keepkey cords would you recommend?

Yeah their update messed up my wallet , cant send any erc20 tokens …at least i can still see them…so i guess thats somthing…

Points 1 and 2 are known issues that are being worked out. The 3rd point however is new to me, would you mind opening a support [ticket](https://keepkey.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so we have a record of this?
