Hallo, während ich MM mit Ledger verbinde, werde ich nach dem HD-Pfad gefragt. Sollte ich Ledger Live verwenden? In der jüngeren Vergangenheit wurde diese Art von Informationen nicht abgefragt. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe.

Edit: sollte ich annehmen, dass ich, wenn ich BIP44 auswähle, nichts in der Ledger Live App sehen werde?

Edit 2: Ich denke, für die Kompatibilität mit z. B. Trezor – vorausgesetzt, ich verwende nicht das Ledger-spezifische Wort 25 als Passphrase – oder einer anderen „Standard“-Wallet sollte ich BIP44 verwenden.

You should use ledger-live if you want to also be able to access your account with ledger live.

You can use „legacy / MEW“ if you don’t use ledger live to access the account. That’s what i use, personally.

The BIP44 derivation path is in fact only used by Trezor, but the first account will be the same at the Ledger Live first account. I would recommend using it only if you use a trezor, since it is not supported by other Ethereum front-ends.

The bip39 passphrase that you mention (that you incorrectly call 25th word) is completely unrelated to the derivation path you use. So you can pick either derivation path, whether you use a bip39 passphrase or not.
