Hat noch jemand einen brandneuen Nano X, der Probleme beim Aufladen der Batterie hat? Ich habe einen Nano X gekauft und angefangen, ihn einzurichten, indem ich ihn an meinen Laptop angeschlossen habe, und sofort nach dem Auspacken erschien ein Akkufehler. Ich habe die vorgeschlagenen Updates durchgeführt, indem ich den Stecker gezogen, entladen und wieder eingesteckt habe. Auch das Durchsuchen des Support-Bots auf der Website hilft nicht weiter. Hilfe!!!

I have the same issue. Bought it from ledger Amazon site. Was refunded straight away and can keep the ledger so win win situation for me.

If you go to the website and open a support ticket and then leave that ticket # here I can have someone reach out to you. There are a few troubleshooting steps that they can try with you to see if we can get this error to go away.

my problem is I just bought my new ledger and plugged it in and set it up and everything. but the second I unplug my ledger it shuts off completely and won’t turn on unless it is plugged into the usb cord. is there anything you can do to help?
