Polygon APP beschädigt/fehlt

Hallo,

Ich habe einen Ledger nano S Plus, den ich mit Ethereum und Polygon verwendet habe. Heute früh habe ich den Ledger mit WalletConnect mit einer dApp verbunden und alles war in Ordnung, bis eine Transaktion ohne ersichtlichen Grund fehlschlug. Ich trennte die Verbindung zum Ledger, startete Ledger live neu und versuchte erneut, die dApp zu verbinden, was jedoch fehlschlug. Ledger live ist nicht in der Lage, Adressen für Polygon-Konten anzuzeigen, während Ethereum-Konten kein Problem darstellen.

Daher habe ich die Polygon-App entfernt und versucht, sie neu zu installieren. Die Entfernung war erfolgreich, aber die Polygon-App ist weder in der Liste der installierten Apps in meinem Ledger noch in der Liste der Apps, die installiert werden können. Als Test habe ich die Bitcoin-App ohne Probleme installiert.

Also habe ich versucht, ein neues Polygon-Konto zu erstellen und erhielt die Fehlermeldung:

**Die Polygon-App kann für Ihre spezifische Konfiguration nicht gefunden werden.**

Der Ledger-Support hat mir bei diesem Fehler nichts weiterhelfen können, also stecke ich fest. In den Protokollen habe ich dies gefunden:

Currently Ledger Live is experiencing some errors with respect to the Polygon application not showing up in the “my Ledger” tab of Ledger Live – however this is purely a visual error within Ledger Live’s interface and it has absolutely no effect on user funds, whatsoever.

Importantly, as long as your 24 word recovery phrase is safely secured, your funds are absolutely secure as well.
