Hat noch jemand Probleme mit der CL-Karte?

Hatte 3 Probleme seit ich sie habe.

1. An einer Tankstelle wurden 150 € zu viel berechnet, die nach einer Weile zurückgezahlt wurden
2. Nie eine Rückerstattung für einen Online-Kauf erhalten
3. Doppelte und vierfache Abrechnung bei Transaktionen im Supermarkt. Diese Angelegenheit ist noch nicht abgeschlossen, ich warte also darauf, dass der Support sie löst.

Ehrlich gesagt fühlt es sich nicht so gut an, dass ich jedes Mal nachsehen muss, ob es korrekt ist.

I think the gas station one is normal. It charges you a holding fee for the max gas amount (I think?) and then refunds you the difference. The supermarket stuff could be similar I’m not sure. Never used it personally just heard similar stories, same with crypto dot com card.

had same problem. had to msg support to get the actual refund (twice) never used the card again since

Yeah, there seems to be a bunch of financial shit that happens behind the scenes with credit cards that the major ones just handle for you… I’ve got a CDC Visa, and it does the same thing with gas station preauths
