Hallo zusammen
auf meinem Ledger habe ich 2 separate Wallets für btc. Ich würde gerne mit relai.app in eines davon dca.
Ist es möglich, die Seed-Phrase aus nur einer Wallet zu extrahieren, um diese eine btc-Wallet in relai oder anderswo zu importieren?

1 you probably mean two BTC accounts? They have the same seed phrase as have all other accounts on your Ledger.

2 you cannot „extract“ the seed phrase from an account.

3 you shouldn’t import your seed phrase in any website ot hot wallet, that destroys the whole security of your Ledger.

Does this website or app have a feature to connect your Ledger directly without entering your phrase?

Why do so many ppl do stuff like this? Don’t do it. Don’t merge your ledger with anything, use a different wallet or account for that and leave your ledger alone. In fact ledger live shouldn’t even be on any device constantly connected to the internet.

Please do it. Come back here in few months and rant about how your Ledger was hacked and you kept it secure under your pants/bra.

I just can’t with most of you. My best suggestion is to have also a hot wallet like Exodus (separate seed phrase), that way you can have small Crypto in it for quick spending. Besides Exodus supports Lighting Network for fast BTC payment.

Keep majority of your Crypto in your Ledger device that is not for immediate and frequent use. I will not stress this hard enough.

Please Follow These Golden Rules Until You Exit This Planet.

– Never share your seed phrase with anyone.

– Never store your seed phrase digitally.

– Don’t take a picture of it.

– Never enter your seed phrase in any other device than your physical Ledger device. Never enter your seed phrase on Ledger Live (definitely a fake one). Because original Ledger Live doesn’t ask for seed phrase.

– Store your seed phrase in a written paper given to you by Ledger and also buy Crypto steel or Crypto blindfold to store your seed phrase to protect it from fire or water damage.

– Lock away your seed phrase in a safe at a secured location. And don’t let close and far people know that you have Crypto.

Just to start I want to clarify that your recovery phrase is the master key to all of your crypto accounts. What you are referring to would be called a private key. There is one recovery phrase that generates many private keys that are assigned to all of your different accounts.

We do not support exporting your private keys for different accounts from Ledger Live. In this case you might need to use a BTC hot wallet and send from that hot wallet to your Ledger generated addresses.

You don’t need the seed to get it into relay. You can sign a message and Relai will send it automatically to your wallet. Perfect dca setup.
