Yes, the seed phrase is for all coins. Many different wallet apps are like this, you just need a single seed phrase for the app, even though the app supports many coins. The seed phrase is used to generate the private keys for each of the different cryptos.

There’s no shortage of ways to recover your crypto from your seed phrase. The seed phrases are pretty standardized, so you can put that same seed phrase in other wallet apps like Exodus, Coinomi, Jaxx, etc and recover it. But this should be a last resort because they’re not as secure as hardware wallets. It would be better to buy another Trezor and then do the recovery process with the new Trezor.

The seed phrase is the same for any set of addresses contained in that wallet. In other words, when you add an Ethereum address (or ten) or add a Litecoin address (or ten), or a Cardano address chain… these are all tied to the one seed phrase.

You can create new and unique wallets if you’d like to, and manage them with the same Trezor. However, this isn’t strictly needed. You may choose to do this for any number of reasons, such as creating a hidden, password protected wallet with your most valuable HODL assets and another wallet with play assets that you day trade. Again, not required, but could be useful to separate the assets into different wallets either for your psychological benefit or to obfuscate certain assets.

Yes. The derivation path is different, but the seed is the same. As long as you protect your seed, it is the easiest way to maintain your different assets.

You would restore your seed to a new device if you ever needed to.
