There is a chance that the parent account (the one with the USDT in it) doesn’t have enough [gas](https://www.ledger.com/academy/blockchain/what-are-gas-fees) to pay the transaction fee to fulfil this „send“. Importantly as well, if you’re trying to transact with ERC-20 based USDT, you’ll need to pay this fee in the native coin of the Ethereum network (ETH), because you’re looking to move a token (USDT) built on top of the Ethereum network.
Regarding the account that has your ETH in it (you mentioned this one’s working fine) – is this the same account as the one that has USDT in it?
Ideally, you’ll want ETH in the account that has USDT, as you’ll need ETH to pay for the transaction fees to send the USDT out of your Ledger Live account, to your CL card.
