Actually nothing is „stored in your Trezor“ but the seed.
As the seed is bip39 compatible, any wallet, hard- or software based, should be usuable to recover the seed unto. However, just like with the trezor, it depends if the wallet supports the coin in question directly, or would need another wallet like Metamask to be able to see and act with it (like many ethereum based erc-20 coins or nft’s).

„As with other cryptocurrencies, NFTs are not stored on your wallet. They exist online, but the keys needed to move them between owners are kept on your Trezor. If you lose your Trezor, you lose your keys. That’s why you must keep your Recovery Seed safe, so you can restore the keys on another wallet if anything happens to yours.“
