Hallo ich bin auf meinem Ledger nano s eingeklemmt und jetzt ist mein Bildschirm kaputt und die Tasten funktionieren nicht mehr richtig.

Normalerweise würde ich eine neue kaufen in der Recovery-Phrase setzen, aber ich habe sie mit dem Umzug verloren.

Ich kenne nur meine Pin und so kann ich mich mit meinem hoffentlich reparierten Ledger in Ledger Live einloggen und meine Gelder bewegen.

Ich lebe in Amsterdam Niederlande Europa so wäre es toll, wenn es die Nachbarschaft ist. Aber senden Sie es an jede andere Adresse in der Welt ist auch OK.

Glad to see you’re taking my advice but your best bet isn’t reddit but actual real life human beings that work with electronics. Or even using Google to find businesses locally. Worst comes to worse, take a flight to Ledger in Paris, explain the situation, get help.

Just sending it off somewhere probably isn’t a good idea either. Your biggest issue is that you can’t get into the device and you can’t recover it since you don’t have your seed. The last thing you need is someone to fiddle around with it and just either destroy it completely or accidentally reset it.

You need help from a professional. Not reddit.

1. Do not reply to anyone who DMs you. It’s a scam.
2. You should have written down your seed phrase somewhere. You can use this to rescue your accounts. Just get a new Ledger device and follow the instructions on their site for importing keys from an old Ledger.
3. If you do not have your seed phrase written down, you’re probably screwed. It’s possible that the LCD is just bad and you can swap that. Fairly easy to do if you have another Nano S. However, if the screen and buttons aren’t working, that’s probably not the only thing not working in which case, RIP.

I would make another effort to find that seed phrase. You definitely don’t want that to have fell into someone else hands.

For fixing the device itself I would contact Ledger directly and see if they could point you to someone or what suggestions they might have.

I think you posted on another thread. I advised tou to replace the screen on your nano s. It is someth8ng i did successfully on one of my nano s.

It is something that you can do yourself, of you could ask a tech savvy friend to help you.

you need your seed phrase if it really is your device, account and funds.

If you follow the directions and information from the start by ledger you record your seed phrase as it is generated and store it offline in a secure place because this is your only way to maintain access to your funds and accounts on the block chain.
