Ich habe eine gekauft, gleich als sie angekündigt wurden. Habe geduldig gewartet. Sie sollten im Februar 2023 (diesen Monat) auf den Markt kommen. Ich habe gerade gesehen, dass sie jetzt den Mai 2023 anpeilen. Was hat sich geändert? Und warum wurden die Leute, die sie gekauft haben, nicht informiert?

I was on with Ledger customer service about a separate issue and then asked them about expected delivery of stax and they said June…

I’m in the similar boat although it was showing March/April by the time I ordered, wondering what the heck is up with that, but hoping that maybe, just maybe, the date keeps changing because people keep ordering so the delivery date for newest orders simply keeps shifting to align with production speed.

Ledger can hardly keep their app and current wallets running properly and you went out and preordered the one with the fun pictures and magnets.

It seems that many pre-orders of a new product now work that way, which is why I avoid pre-orders these days. I had pre-ordered the original Nano X and it came months after the original promised date. Ledger actually threw in a free Nano S for people had pre-ordered the Nano X, as an apology for the delay.

I had seen March is the initial target when I ordered through the Stax bundle, but I mentioned it was contingent on certain certifications. If it takes a little bit longer for a product to be considered safe under audit, then I think we can all handle the wait. I’m personally more interested in the user interface because I think it will bring more people on board to crypto, and that leads to more exciting developments

If it takes that long it is better for ledger, cancel the first generation staxx and bring a color e-ink display instead, i sweat to got the next feature of the staxx is a color e-display.

For me no ledger products anymore, i will stay by my trezor mode t with shamir backup.

Ledger is based in france and the most anti privacy government in Europe is France.

I don’t have feel that ledger is based in france, if the government make presure on the ledger to get acces to a backdoor, that will be a disaster for many customers, arround the world.

Ledger never anwser this question, why not i really don’t no.

Hey – For those who made pre-order earlier in the year or in December, their devices will be shipped in the first batch, which is April 2023. For those who pre-order later, the earliest they’ll be able to receive the Ledger Stax will be May.
