Hallo alle nur ein bisschen ein Rat Warnung und Unterstützung zur gleichen Zeit, gestern habe ich eine der trezor Brieftaschen an einen PC angeschlossen und es fragte mich für ein Firmware-Update, so ging ich durch sie nach einem Update Gleichgewicht gelöscht worden war, habe ich einen Beitrag gestern auf trezor Unterstützung gesehen, wollte ich auf den Beitrag, der das gleiche Problem und meine und Konto beschrieben wurde ausgesetzt zu beantworten,
Ich habe es geschafft, die Wallet-Adressen zurückzuverfolgen, BTC, BCH, ETC wurden gestohlen und auf externe Wallets übertragen und dann auf mehrere Wallets aufgeteilt, TREZOR reagiert auf keines der Support-Tickets, irgendetwas ist faul, es gibt eine Lücke in der Website-Sicherheit, sowie Trezor Suit läuft etwas dazwischen, das einige der Informationen irgendwo umleitet. Und Trezor versucht, dies zu verbergen,
Ich habe Screenshots von allen Beiträgen, die entfernt wurden, ich habe viel Geld verloren, aber seid vorsichtig, Leute.

Trezor will pretty much never respond to a ticket the next day. You have to give them time. A couple of weeks even.

Can you please summarise again exactly what you did? You said your Trezor suite told you there is a firmware upgrade, right? Then you upgraded the firmware on your Trezor device, correct?

What happened next? Did you say you entered your 24 words on the Trezor itself? Why was that? Why was the Trezor asking that, can you recall?

Thanks for all the comments I am sorry for the confusion, I didn’t mean to slander anyone or Trezor for that matter, I understand sometimes I can be inpatient, Like i said in one of the comments, that post was created to raise potential threat, my lesson learned from this situation is, get the funds out of the wallet before the update, I think that’s the safest option
