Ich habe kürzlich meinen neuen Trezor, Model T, auf einem Samsung Chromebook eingerichtet, das speziell für Krypto verwendet wird. Ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, Geld aus der Metamask zu senden und einzuzahlen. Ich werde oft zum Bestätigungsbildschirm der Trezor-Hardwallet auf der Metamask geleitet, wo ich meine PIN und PassPhrase eingebe, aber danach kann ich den Handel nicht abschließen.

Ich habe stundenlang versucht, eine Transaktion durchzuführen, und es scheint, dass es ein Verbindungsproblem zwischen Trezor und Metamask gibt.

Wie kann ich sie zum Funktionieren bringen? Das ist frustrierend, weil ich viele Stunden damit verbracht habe, sie miteinander zu verbinden, und ich kann nicht eine einzige Transaktion durchführen.

Eine zweite Frage: Ich habe versucht, meinen Google-Suchverlauf und den Cache-Verlauf zurückzusetzen. Dann habe ich meine Metamask-Erweiterung gelöscht, aber als ich Metamask neu installiert und mich eingeloggt habe, kann ich anscheinend meine spezifische Trezor-Wallet-Adresse nicht finden, um die Hardware mit der Metamask zu verbinden?

Dies ist meine ursprüngliche Wallet-Adresse, die alle meine Token hat. Normalerweise erscheint sie bei Ledger zuerst, wenn man sich wieder mit metamask verbindet, aber ich bin alle verschiedenen Wallet-Optionen durchgegangen und kann meine Haupt-Hardware-Wallet-ID für Trezor nicht finden.

Chromebooks will usually work with Trezor, although they are officially and specifically „unsupported“ by Trezor. With a PC, when Chrome doesn’t work, you can switch to Firefox with Bridge. This is not an option with Chromebook. You can’t use Bridge on Chromebook.

This is pretty much always caused by entering an incorrect passphrase. You don’t mention if you have a passphrase, but this is one of the main causes of that issue. You are choosing the „connect to hardware“ option in MetaMask, right?

Thanks for the tips. But when you reinstall metamask it asks you to create a new wallet or restore and old wallet by seed phrase/password.

How can you install MM and just add Hardwallet without a MM seed phrase?

Hi, could you try connecting to Metamask from a different computer (with a [supported setup](https://wiki.trezor.io/Supported_operating_systems))?
Do you have the latest Chrome version? Is your Trezor device up to date as well? If not, update to the latest firmware: https://wiki.trezor.io/Suite_manual:Updating_the_Trezor_device_firmware

Thank you so much! I used a windows-based laptop and it worked just fine! The problem is the Chromebook. It is not compatible with Trezor so I gave it away
