      Hallo.

      Two questions come to mind:

      1. Have you *ever* typed your seed phrase on any electronic device (e.g. to import your wallet, or to „securely“ store your seed phrase)?
      2. Is there any possible way someone could have access to the lock box that contained your physical seed phrase backup? (You said the transfers happened while you were away on vacation.)

      My Trezor was hacked.
It is not true to say you must have shared your seed phrases.
That is not true. I was hacked on my Trezor wallet recently. Nobody had access to the physical device.
I never wrote the seed phraes online. Nobody had access to the papers where the seed phrases were written. One day, I transferred my BTC from coinbase to my Trezor wallet. After one hour I wanted transfer more. But when I connected the Trezor to Trezor suite my dashboard shows the BTC tranfered was sent out to ? unknown within one hour. Initially my BTC was trsferred well and confirmed. Mysteriously it was sent out automatically, Not only was the just transferred in was sent out other one which has been in the wallet for long aldo was sent out.without ever me touching the device. I asked Trezor support for help. They just arrogantly says not Trezor cannot be hacked. They did not even care to investigate

Your seed, not your trezor has been probably compromised. Did you import it in metamask or any other software wallet? Did you save it online?

      >Everything was checked to be secure at my end.

Obviously not… You must have given your seed words away somehow or connected to unsecured dapps or have a keylogger on your device(s).

Was your MetaMask account hacked? Your other post here makes it seem like the case:

Your question: „If I had a metamask wallet hacked, could they have hacked my Trezor wallet?“

So, if MetaMask and Trezor is paired, and if your MetaMask is hacked then that implies that your Trezor seedphrase was obtained… because MetaMask and Trezor are the same wallet.

Or, if you had your Trezor seedphrase directly in MetaMask (not recommened), then the same case would apply, and if this is the case (instead of just pairing), that would make it easy to hack because your seed phrase is on your computer.

Your other question linked above makes it seem like there is more to the story than you are providing here.

Yea I had the same thing happen, turned out someone got access to my seed. (I posted on reddit about it)
I don’t think the trezor can be hacked remotely, I’ve only seen them hacked by someone taking it apart and brute forcing it that way.

Bottom line: If you didn’t send the funds, then the ONE AND ONLY way this is possible is if someone got ahold of your seed phrase. That is not a Trezor issue. The seed phrase inside the Trezor is safe. A copy of that same seed phrase written down somewhere or on a computer or phone or picture is only as safe as you make it, and has absolutely nothing to do with the Trezor device.
