Trezor One : löschen und wiederherstellen

Ich möchte mich vergewissern, dass ich den richtigen Wiederherstellungs-Seed habe, um sicher zu sein, dass ich meine Wallet wiederherstellen kann, wenn ich meine Trezor verliere. Ich bin der Option „Check Backup“ gefolgt und habe überprüft, dass ich den richtigen Seed habe. Reicht das aus, oder sollte ich den Trezor löschen und dann die Wallet wiederherstellen (als ob ich es auf einem neuen Gerät täte)? Machen das die Profis so? Irgendwelche Links zu den Schritten, bitte?

Ich sehe, dass es in der Suite eine Option zum Löschen des Speichers gibt, aber da steht:
„Dadurch wird der gesamte Speicher dieses Trezor gelöscht, einschließlich des Seed. Löschen Sie Ihr Gerät nur, wenn Sie Ihren Wiederherstellungs-Seed zur Hand haben oder keine Gelder auf diesem Gerät gespeichert sind.“

\Ich habe zwar den Recovery Seed, aber ich weiß nicht, was „auf dem Gerät gespeicherte Gelder“ bedeutet. Ich dachte, meine Bitcoin sind auf der Blockchain und die Wallet hat nur die Schlüssel.

You’re spot on with your thinking, coins are on chain not in your Trezor.

it’s just the wording Trezor use, I’m pretty sure most people who don’t do the research think a wallet has coins inside it.

You’ve got the seed, so go ahead with the wipe and restore and you’re good.

Yes, you should perform the „Advanced Recovery“ option at least once to be familiar with it. It will be easier to spot the scams if you know what the real recovery looks like. „Advanced Recovery“ keeps things off your keyboard, but will take a long time to complete.

Hi, if the result of the backup check confirmed your seed is valid, you can be sure you would be able to recover your wallet with a seed if anything happened to your physical Trezor device.

However, as u/brianddk mentioned, it is a good practice to get familiar with the Recovery process, so you can try to wipe the device and recover your wallet with a seed.
