Wird die UTXO-Änderungsadresse von BTC nach der Wiederherstellung der Ledger-Wallet und der Wiederherstellung des Kontos mit mnemonischen Wörtern automatisch wiederhergestellt? Speichert Ledger Live meine Wechseladresse auf dem lokalen PC, oder wird sie auf dem Server gespeichert? Wird die UTXO-Änderungsadresse des BTC-Kontos automatisch wiederhergestellt, wenn mein lokaler PC durch einen neuen Computer ersetzt wird?

Your change addresses are calculated from your seed phrase just like all your other addresses. So those are all restored as well. None of them need to be stored on a server or your PC, everything comes mathematically from the seed phrase.

Hi – you 24 words is the master private key to all your accounts. So if you set up Ledger Live on a different PC and add your BTC account in the new setup, it will derive same receiving and change address linked to your existing accounts. And in case your PC gets replaced with a new one it will still restore your existing change address as long as your Ledger device has the same 24 words seed phrase used at the creating your BTC account.
