Wäre das nicht Aufgabe Nr. 1 für die Anwendung? Ich sehe so viele Probleme mit Leuten, die ihren Cache löschen müssen, und das manchmal immer und immer wieder. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihr Spiel Ledger, Sie scheinen Ihrer digitalen Marketingstrategie Vorrang vor der Benutzerfreundlichkeit eingeräumt zu haben, was zu einer Vershitlichung Ihrer App führt.

I’ve been wondering the same lately, also it’s annoying that Ledger doesnt support quite many ERC20 tokens to show their value. But then again, it’s just visual bug. You can easily port your addresses to Delta or some other app which will show everything correctly and in real time or use Metamask as an interface to send tokens. I’ve never used Live for that purpose anyway.

All I care about is the security of the device which so far is 100%.

My ledger is working fine for the past year.

Most people post for complaining, so you only see complaints…

It’s difficult to answer this question if you don’t mention which coins are affected. There are several backends running with different technologies. Also note that marketing people are not developing the applications – this seems obvious but apparently needs to be reminded from time to time.

It’s a wallet UI so it synchronizes balances to blockchains. If u have multiple blockchains/tokens then it means a lot of balances and potential synchronization to do!

If you have ever tried to sync a Monero wallet (like the GUI or on Exodus) or Daedalus with Cardano – you’ll know just how long this process can be. Clearing cache is usually a good way to hard refresh everything.

Ledger has never ONCE had correct balances, much less matching balances between devices. Depending on which device you decide to use, and how Ledger is feeling, that’s the balance you’ll get. I’ve said it many times, it baffles me that this company has survived, especially when you consider their woes aren’t just software related, their hardware has like a 50%+ failure or DOA rate. Goes to illustrate why it’s bad when there’s hardly any competition. Hopefully this’ll change soon.
