So kaufte ich ein Ledger nano S von Online-Shop und wenn ich es in meinem Telefon verwenden, sagt es, dass ich meine Firmware-Version von 2.0.0 auf 2.1.0 auf dem Ledger Live aktualisieren musste. Aber hier ist ein Bummer, den ich nicht öffnen kann das Ledger live, da es nicht zeigen, bis die Bestätigung von meinem Ledger und ich kann es nicht aktualisieren.

Irgendwelche Ideen, wie ich die Firmware aktualisieren kann?

Use the desktop app. Should be a bright orange notification if it’s available. Sometimes it takes a little longer for the update option to show depending on where you live.

As /u/__sn0w_ mentioned, you need to use a desktop computer (Mac/Windows/Linux) and install Ledger Live there to update the device firmware. It can’t be done via the mobile versions of Ledger Live.

Please correct me if I’m wrong but you have purchased a new device and setting it up for the first time. Please note that you are only able to do so on PC (all setups and firmware update require a PC, as its the safest and most secure method to perform firmware related processes), after completing the setup (Pin code > generate 24 words > genuine check) You will install apps and add accounts. After that, you will be able to use your device with your mobile phone.

Download Ledger Live on desktop: Windows 8.1+, macOS 10.14+, Linux. 64-bits desktop computers excluding ARM processors. Use a USB cable to connect your device: https://www.ledger.com/ledger-live/download
