Ich habe online gesucht, kann aber dieses spezifische Problem noch nicht finden. Ich habe einige XLM an mein Ledger gesendet, eine kleine Testcharge, und es zeigte sich schließlich in meinem Desktop-LL-Konto, ist aber immer noch nicht in meiner mobilen App vorhanden.

Ich habe den Cache auf meiner mobilen App geleert, aber weiter bin ich noch nicht gekommen.

Der Wert des Kontos auf dem Desktop spiegelt die $20 von XLM und der Wert der mobilen App ist $20 weniger als die Desktop-App, weil es die XLM fehlt.

Ist das normal?

Try deleting the account on your mobile device , clear cache and then and re-add it. If that fails use the Ledger site’s help page to get an incident number to mention here

You should be able to go to the accounts tab of Ledger Live and select „XLM“ and manually add your account to the mobile software – your XLM should appear after you do this. It’s possible that you’ll have to clear your cache after this is done, to kick it into effect.

Another option could be resynchronizing your accounts between a desktop and mobile device by [exporting the accounts](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014053240-Use-Ledger-Live-on-multiple-devices?docs=true). You would do this by going to „settings“ > „accounts“ > „export accounts“.

Both of these options should generate your XLM account into the mobile version of Ledger Live.
