Zugriff auf Monero mit Ledger Nano X

Ich habe den Nano X speziell deshalb gekauft, weil damit geworben wurde, dass er Zugang zu Monero bietet. Allerdings ist alles, was ich in der Liste der verfügbaren Münzen finde, Wrapped Monero (WXMR). Ich habe die Monero-Wallet auf meinen Laptop heruntergeladen und mit dem Nano X verknüpft. Allerdings ist die Monero-Wallet-Software auf meinem Laptop so langsam und träge, dass sie, wenn überhaupt, nutzlos ist. Ich habe Monero in einer institutionellen Wallet gespeichert, möchte es aber in die Nano X/Laptop-Wallet verschieben. Ich bin neugierig, warum die echte Monero-Wallet nicht in meiner Ledger-Wallet-Software angezeigt wird. Irgendwelche Vorschläge?

Ledger live does not have monero support. Your only option is the desktop app.

You may want to switch to remote node mode on your laptop for it to run better. By default the wallet runs a full node.

There is no app based hardware wallet that I know of that has native xmr support

There is Ledger support for Monero, but it’s not supported by Ledger Live.

Besides the official Monero GUI wallet, you could also try the Feather wallet (for desktop) or Monerujo (for Android). Both support Ledger Nanos. I’ve never tried either of them though, but give them a try.

Also if your Notebook is slow, use a remote node.. don’t download the whole blockchain.

LedgerLive doesn’t support Monero. Download MoneroGUI and connect your Ledger to it.

Feather Wallet is the way to go for Monero.

I’ve Nano S and it works like a charm.

I posted this identical question about a week and a half ago, either here or in /monero. They said there’s an Android app but no iPhone app. I just did the desktop browser Wallet and that connected fine.

To manage XMR, you first need to install the XMR app on your Ledger device. The app enables your Ledger hardware wallet to use its private keys for the specific blockchain network of the crypto asset. However, XMR is not supported in Ledger Live (which is only a visual interface), therefore you will not be able to add ADA accounts directly in Ledger Live.
