Just delete and install apps whenever you need them!

If you don’t need the X’s bluetooth connectivity, go with the S plus instead. Cheaper but still has the space/memory you need.

You can delete apps from the Nano S to install another app for a coin you would like to manage. No worries, your crypto will not be deleted, they are on the blockchain. So you can easily swap around apps and deinstall and reinstall as needed. Therefore it’s no problem to hold many different coins on a Nano S simultaneously, it’s just a little inconvenient. But if you are a long term holder and only touch your crypto a few times a year, it’s no big problem.

Like what others have said below: if you enter the 24 words you got from your Nano S into the Nano X, you’ll get access to the same addresses and accounts with it.

Keep in mind though: you can also simply uninstall apps from your Nano S and reinstalled them at a later point. So long as your Nano S is still set up with the same 24 words, when you’d reinstall the app again you’d have access to the same address again

Do a restore on the new Nano X using the restore phrase of the Nano S (as long as it isn’t compromised). They will both have the same private key, and can keep the Nano S as a backup.

you don’t need to transfer it, just enter your 24 words seed phrase when you get your Nano S Plus or X. When you will receive it, and turn it on you will have a choice to create a new wallet or enter your actual wallet seed.

It depends. You could use the same seed phrase to set up the X. Then you would not pay any miner or gas fees. If you send the digital currency or tokens on the blockchain from one device address to another device address you will have to pay fees. No way around that.

Yes you will incur transfer fees every time you move crypto.

You can uninstall accounts and install others without effecting your crypto
Ex: BTC, ETH, DOGE are installed you can un-install one put SHIB there and then when you need to Uninstall SHIB and reinstall the one you previously un-installed ……. It sucks but until you get another Ledger.

When you get a Nano S Plus or Nano X, You will be able to put the seed phrase you currently are using into the new device and be good to go with enough room for all the different crypto.

I have never done this but this is what I have gathered when doing my research.

They have a combo pack on Ledgers website that includes the Nano X and the S (the S is for a back up which you will be able to do then)

If you read the instructions, youll realise that you dont need a nano x with a dodgy battery, or a nano s plus. Infact, pretty sure the nano s is actually compatible with more coins than the others.

I like the looks of the classic and now mini Ellipal. It certainly makes things easier to see than a ledger.

However, what if the Ellipal app goes down? Can you still connect to the block chain with a ledger, then?

I see people complaining about updates not working or challenging to reach customer service. Do you find that to be true?

If Ellipal or Ledger went down, would I be able to reach my funds on the blockchain through another hardware wallet?

      Thanks!
