Install Trust Wallet on your phone. Send your funds from Ledger (that you have setup with your old seedphrase) to Trust Wallet. Once everything has arrived (test with small amounts first), reset your Ledger (you can do this by putting in the wrong pin 3 times), and create a new seedphrase etc. Keep this offline always. You can then transfer back the funds from Trust Wallet (again, start with small test amounts)
