I got the latest Ledger Live update on Friday and now, when i open the app it starts the new device process every time, when i open the app. I'm sure, that I lost one of my cryptos, because I don't have it on the ledger device, but only had on the Ledger Live account (Nano was full) and not on my device. I have the feeling, that this is a common problem, but i haven't found any resolutions online and ledger support is not responding to their messages back. I could really use some help!
