I posted a support ticket and it says business days to process, today being the first full day.
Can I ask if you are from KeepKey and how long do these things take to get sorted out if you know?
As per your suggestion I posted the link to the ETH withdrawal to exchange for BTC. at this point i’d rather it just cancel out but whatever happens I want to make sure the transaction goes trough because I don’t want to lose money. One thing I am a bit unclear on is when I transferred the 1 ETH they worth about 330, so I should’ve gotten a similar amount in BTC but I believe in the time BTC dropped a few hundred dollars and ETH rose to 380 or somewhere in that area so if the transaction goes through will I get the rate that it is the day it goes through or the day I sent it? If it defaulted to ETH I wouldn’t mind but it kind of would suck that I’d lose the gains on it being in ETH as I tend to move them between altcoins to follow the trends of each coins market. I use my coins for purchases and keep the rest as a means for storing money or investing in the coins.
