1. yes you can unlock your Trezor with the 3rd party wallet (Metamask-Exodus). Haven’t done this with Sparrow, so can ‚t answer that specific question. But since Trezor is very BTC driven can’t imagine it not working.
2. Buy a Trezor model T. The touch screen is great. You type the passpharase on the screen of the device.
