Are you mining the DOGE and LTC?
If that is the case, the issue may be related to the large number of blocks/transactions the software must sort through to find your coins. The solution, unfortunately, is to send smaller quantities in several transactions.
Try sending just 10 or 20 DOGE for example, If that works gradually increase the amount. When doing this you’ll notice that the last step takes longer and longer to complete. When you reach your personal „delay tolerance“ that’s the number you’ll use in the future.
