Firstly, I’m really sorry to hear that you were affected by hurricane Ian. I’ll do my best to get this problem sorted for you.
Could you tell me if you were using the passphrase feature with your previous Ledger when connecting to AdaLite? Are you using it now with the new one? Also, you mentioned two Ledgers previously; am I right in saying you’re certain that the missing ADA is in the wallet restored on the new device, and not the other wallet that you didn’t restore?
