Hat jemand das gleiche Problem?

Ich habe nicht meine Ledger für eine Weile verwenden, nachdem alle, die meine Seele Zweck der Hardware-Wallet ist. Gerade heute habe ich herausgefunden, dass ich nicht auf meinem Ledger nano X einschalten konnte. Also dachte ich natürlich, dass die Batterie leer war, und ich steckte das Kabel ein, um es zu laden. Während ich versuchte, meinen Pin einzuführen, wurde eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt: Batterieproblem: Laden gestoppt mit einer Ledger-Website-Adresse, die mit 7e endet.

Ich besuche die Website und folge den Anweisungen, d. h. ich aktualisiere die Firmware, lade das Gerät 10-20 Minuten lang auf, starte es neu und wiederhole das Ganze 5 Mal. Am Ende bleibt das Problem bestehen.

Das letzte, was ich tun kann, ist, das Produkt zurückzuschicken. Allerdings ist mein Produkt 2 Monate aus der Garantiezeit heraus, und ich habe nirgendwo gesehen, ob ich für diese Reparatur bezahlen muss oder nicht. Meines Wissens ist dies ein häufiges Problem, das bei Ledger-Benutzern auftritt, wahrscheinlich aufgrund eines Konstruktionsfehlers. Es wäre eine Schande, dass eine Zahlung für diese Reparatur erforderlich ist, schließlich war es kein billiges Produkt und hat nicht einmal anderthalb Jahre gehalten.

Ist irgendjemand auf das gleiche Problem gestoßen und hat bereits den offiziellen Weg zur Lösung des Problems beschritten? Ich würde gerne Ihre Erfahrungen und Gedanken erfahren. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es zurückschicken oder nur mit Kabel verwenden sollte jetzt aufgrund der Lieferung, die wahrscheinlich lange dauern wird.

The Nano X is still usable when plugged on USB. When you get the warning message, dismiss it by pressing both buttons.

My two Nano X have been like that for months, but I only use them with USB, so no big deal for me, and they are out of warrantee.

If you are technically inclined, you can open them, usually the issue is poor contacts between the motherboard prongs and the battery. Bend the prongs, put conductive material / grease on them, or weld tiny wires to make a good contact with the battery.

I got the Ledger Nano S+ for this very reason. Also, I should mention that I plug it in every few months in case there are updates.
