Ich habe einen Keepkey aktualisiert, der mehrere BTC- und LTC-Konten hatte. Jetzt zeigt der Kontostand nur noch Konto 0 (Legacy) für die ursprüngliche Legacy-Kontoadresse an, und die zusätzlichen Kontoadressen und Kontostände sind nicht sichtbar. Der Keepkey hat die Hardware- und Bootload-Updates durchgeführt und scheint aktualisiert, verbunden und gekoppelt zu sein. Der aktualisierte eigenständige Keepkey-Client ist jetzt nutzlos, da er nur die Web-Handelsplattform zum Starten zwingt. Sobald das Gerät mit der Handelsplattform verbunden ist, kann ich nur ein BTC-Altkonto 0 und ein LTC-Konto sehen. Es scheint, dass die zusätzlichen Legacy-Adressen nicht übertragen werden und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sie zu finden.
Hatte noch jemand dieses Problem und hat eine Lösung, um es zu beheben?

Have your tried using Electrum to see if the accounts appear correctly in there? (Electrum works directly with your wallet, so no need to go entering seed phrases anywhere) Your crypto will still be there…
There was also a new firmware release a few days ago, not sure if an updated chrome app has been released to support it yet.

That’s news to me. Where are you clicking when that happens?

Click on “Add Account” in the asset sidebar to add additional accounts in the ShapeShift platform. You’ll need to be logged in for the multiple accounts feature to work.
