ATOM kann nicht an Kepler Wallet gesendet werden

PROBLEM BEHOBEN: Kabel und Anschluss gewechselt.

Ich kann kein ATOM von meinem Ledger an meine Kepler-Wallet senden.

Ich kann die Anzahl der ATOM und die Adresse eingeben, aber wenn ich dann versuche, sie zu senden, wird mir gesagt, dass ich mich mit meinem Ledger verbinden und anmelden soll, aber ich bin bereits angemeldet.

Ich habe versucht, mein Ledger-Gerät aus- und wieder einzustecken und mich erneut anzumelden, die Ledger-App zu beenden und erneut zu starten.

Egal was ich tue, die Cosmos-App auf meinem Gerät wird nicht geöffnet und die Transaktion wird nicht abgeschlossen.

Did you try opening the Cosmos app first before you try to send?

Have you made sure your ledger live is updated in firmware and apps?

If that does not work then you have the wrong ledger device or account connected. Are you using passphrase ?

this would mean the cosmos account u connect to keplr is the same from ledger live and u don’t need to send anything because they would already be connected (the same accounts)

I’m not 100% what fixed it, but I used a different connector cable and port.

Hey, to ensure a smooth connection to Keplr’s interface, make sure Ledger Live is closed in the background, then open the ATOM app on your Ledger device and connect to Keplr!
