Hallo zusammen. Ich war gerade dabei, einige Kryptowährungen in meine Wallet zu übertragen. Ich habe versehentlich die Eject-Taste gedrückt und jetzt scheint es so, als ob alle meine Kryptowährungen verschwunden sind und ich sie nicht finden kann und der Trezor scheint eingefroren zu sein. Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich mache mir Sorgen, dass ich alles verloren habe und weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Alles, was angezeigt wird, ist £0.00. Für jede Hilfe bin ich dankbar. Ich drehe hier wirklich durch. Entschuldigung und vielen Dank

Hey commenting quickly to say you’re 100% safe. Even if the trezor exploded, as long as you have your 12 recovery words you’re 100% safe. Your money will be there.

Also, ignore all incoming PM’s, they will all be spammers pretending to be trezor. Anyone helping will do it publicly in comments.

Ok, posted my other comment just to hopefully provide some quick comfort. Let’s fix the issue.

Let’s begin with the obvious. Unplug your trezor, and fully restart your computer. Did that help?

Hi,

Please note that all wallets (and also account and addresses) are derived from the unique combination of seed and passphrase (if used).

Thus if the balance of your wallet is 0.00 and **there is no transaction history** then you are definitely **accessing different wallet**.

You can also conveniently check if you are accessing desired wallet by comparing the addresses: the one(s) you are able to access in Trezor Suite with the destination addresses you have previously used when transferring funds e.g. from exchange or 3rd party wallet (TX IDs should be listed in their interface/your account)

If you have used Remember feature in Trezor Suite the wallet was just watch-only (you would see the funds you have previously received without Trezor even plugged in). If you click eject this watch-only wallet and its data will be deleted and you will have to connect your Trezor device with correct seed (if you have more than one) and passphrase (if you have your funds in Hidden wallet).

I suggest you to do Dry-run recovery to doublecheck that you are using appropriate seed.

Nothing is physically transferred to your wallet. Wallet is there to hold the keys, during transfer only thing that wallet does it gives you address on blockchain. Actual transfer is from one address to another address. It’s NOT like harddrive where you store files.
