Bitcoin fehlen in der Brieftasche, nachdem ich versucht habe, über Moonpay zu verkaufen

Ich habe also beschlossen, alle meine BTC zu verkaufen, die ich letzte Woche in Trezor gespeichert hatte. Ich verkaufte sie und führte die Transaktion über Moonpay durch. Wie ein Idiot wählte ich eine kleine Gebühr (es war mein erstes Mal, dass ich Kryptowährungen über ein Hard Wallet verkaufte) und die Transaktion fand nie statt. Moonpay schickte mir vor zwei Tagen eine Mitteilung, dass die Transaktion von ihrer Seite aus storniert wurde, da sie die BTC nie erhalten haben. Auf der Trezor-Seite habe ich gesehen, dass die Transaktion seit ein paar Tagen anhängig ist. Ich habe gelesen, dass es in Ordnung sein sollte und dass, wenn es im Mempool nicht durchgeht, es einfach an die Wallet “zurückgegeben” wird.

Ich habe also heute auf meinem Trezor nachgesehen und die BTC nicht mehr gesehen. Tatsächlich sah ich auch die ausstehende Transaktion nicht. Jetzt sehe ich nichts mehr. Ist das immer noch eine Art Schwebezustand oder ist mein Krypto weg? Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher, wie ich um Hilfe bitten kann, da die Trezor-Supportseite ziemlich verwirrend ist (der Chat-Roboter ist nicht wirklich hilfreich).

Something is missing here, blockchain cannot reduce your balance if there is no outgoing transaction.

Transactions aren’t “cancelled” if the fee is too low, they just sit around in a miner’s mempool somewhere and can get mined days, weeks or months in the future, unless those specific coins (UTXOs) are spent in a different transaction.

That said, you should see either the balance in your wallet or an outgoing transaction. If you don’t see either, something else is wrong.

the transaction should not be confirmed and thats it. Trezor software is probably shit at dealing with this case and not talking to you properly. If you put the origin address to any blockchain explorer you should be able to see the non confirmed transaction.

Trezor might not let you do another tx to spend the same money or even do a replace by fee. But this is not a problem at all. Your money should be safe, you just need the proper software to make akither tx spending the same coins with a higher fee.

Edit: if you need help i can help you investigate where are the coins. I would not require any provate key seed pr anything that could compromise your coins. Just your wallet address or the txid. It can be a privacy issue ar much.
