Mostly likely cause is that you leaked your seed phrase to a scammer. Where did you download Ledger Live from, and did the desktop software ever ask you to type in your 24 word recovery phrase?

Generally speaking, make sure Ledger Live is up-to-date and clear your cache. If you still don’t see the balance, check whether other accounts have unapproved transactions.

If assets have moved from multiple accounts then it’s quite likely that your recovery phrase has been compromised, or someone with access to your device has discovered your PIN. In that case, I’d recommend filing a police report ASAP then reaching out to us with a support ticket.
