Hallo!

Ich habe etwas MATIC von einer Börse an meinen Trezor geschickt, aber es ist nicht auf meinem Konto erschienen.

Ich habe alle Adressen doppelt überprüft und sie sind alle korrekt, haben die Transaktionsdetails sagen Erfolg und Bestätigungs-E-Mail von der Börse sagen Erfolg, aber keine MATIC erscheinen auf meinem trezor.

Was sollte ich tun?

Ich habe am selben Tag noch ein paar andere Münzen übertragen und alles hat gut funktioniert, aber die MATIC scheint nicht zu funktionieren.

I had to do a test when moving matic as well. When you select the network, make sure you select ERC 20 to send it to your tresor. Don’t select the matic network. I don’t know if this was your problem, but it might be. I did a small small test amount using the matic and it did not show up. So I did a second small amount using ERC 20 network and it showed up within two or three minutes on my trezor
