Hallo zusammen.

Ich habe vor kurzem zum ersten Mal einige Vermögenswerte übertragen, und als ich in die Trezor Suite ging, bemerkte ich, dass sie zwei Wallets anzeigt. Ich habe immer nur eine Art von Token in meine Trezor übertragen, die eine erc-20 Art ist. Ich drückte die Auswurftaste auf einer der Geldbörsen und kann mein Guthaben nicht mehr finden.

Ich habe es mit “Click to discover wallet” versucht, aber es scheint nichts zu passieren.

Ich bin ziemlich hart im Moment verwanzt.

Kann mir bitte jemand die richtige Richtung weisen, bevor ich eine ausgewachsene Panikattacke bekomme.

Trezor wallet is a viewer of crypto. It holds our keys. Your crypto didn’t go anywhere. Use your wallet erc-20 address and view it on etherscan. You will see your coin. [Edit: stupid auto spell corrections.]

Good. You have them. However, you did not follow the other suggestion to use the Exodus Wallet with your Trezor. That is a powerful combo. Trezor Suite is a backup. As you already see, Trezor Suite isn’t fully supporting the coin. If you sent it to the Trezor wallet address then, Trezor protects it.

Trezor has a lengthy coin supported list with options. However, stop screwing around.

Download Exodus and connect Trezor to it. You have a high probability to see your coins on Exodus and can use the additional helpful features of Exodus with your Trezor. Exodus has made a concerted effort to support Trezor. Exodus connects to FTX.US, Compound, does in-depth swaps, has great visuals for portfolios, easily create other wallets for organization, and more.
