Zunächst kann ich bestätigen, dass meine Ledger Live Desktop-App, die Ledger Nano S-Firmware und mein Computer alle auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Ich habe mehr als 3 Micro-USB-Kabel und beide USB-Anschlüsse an meinem Computer ausprobiert und komme nicht über den Ladebildschirm “Verbinden Sie Ihr Gerät” hinaus, um auf den Bereich “Mein Ledger” auf Ledger Live zuzugreifen. Seltsamerweise kann ich meine PIN auf dem Ledger-Gerät eingeben und alle meine Anwendungen sehen, nachdem ich es an meinen Computer angeschlossen habe, aber es wird immer noch nicht mit der Ledger Live-App registriert.

Ich habe andere Geräte erfolgreich mit demselben USB-Anschluss und Kabel angeschlossen, also glaube ich nicht, dass es am Computer liegt, aber es könnte durchaus sein. Ich habe meinen Pin mehr als 20 Mal eingegeben und bin langsam genervt. Irgendwelche Vorschläge?

I’d try uninstalling and reinstalling the ledger live app. How old is this device?

Don’t use just any cable ~ need a *data* cable vs a simple charging cable.

I think its the usb port. Try a different computer if possible.

I am having the same issue. My Nano S says Bitcoin Ready but the Ledger Live ap still say Connect Your Device. I am using the original cable. Oddly enough my Device Manger on my PC has an Unknown USB Device caution flag.
