Hallo zusammen. Bin mit einem solchen Problem konfrontiert. Eine BTC-Transaktion wurde mit Ledger nano plus auf Ledger nano s gemacht. Als Ergebnis wurde die Transaktion gemacht, 115 Bestätigungen, aber mein Konto zeigt immer noch nicht den Empfang von BTC (. Die Firmware-Version ist die neueste, der Cache gelöscht wird, wer weiß, was das Problem ist?

Put your address in a block explorer. If you find the transferred amount there, then go to ledger live settings and clear the cache.

If you don’t find it there in the block explorer, then something went wrong… including theft.

Hi – there was temporary sync issue with BTC in Ledger Live app which has been fixed now. Can you clear the cache and let us know if the issue persists?
