Ich habe BTC von Binance auf meinen Ledger übertragen. Binance withdraw/network fee ist 0.0005. Das lässt sich also leicht ausrechnen. (Binance-BTC-Betrag – Ledger-Live-BTC-Betrag) = 0,0005.
In Ledger Live, wenn ich mir die letzten Transaktionen ansehe, ist unter “Received transaction” eine weitere Gebühr von etwa 120 $ aufgeführt.
Ich nehme an, dass dies die Gasgebühr (oder BTC-Transaktionsgebühr?) ist. Wie wird diese Gebühr berechnet und woher werden diese 120 Dollar abgezogen?

If you withdraw btc from an exchange they mix your output with others to handle more withdrawal demands in a single transaction.
This inflates transaction size and thus the fee the exchange has to pay to miners in order to get included in a block.
Nothing to worry about on your side as this 120$ is not coming from your pocket
