Ich habe ein Ledger Nano S, die USB-Eingang brach, und da ich irgendwie nicht über die Seed-Phrase (ich habe sie für alle anderen Geldbörsen …) Ich war auf einem Bach ein bisschen ohne meine Vermögenswerte. Ein Reparaturtechniker, den ich gefunden habe, versucht schon seit einiger Zeit, die USB-Verbindung auf der Platine zu reparieren, was ihm aber nicht gelungen ist. Er war jedoch in der Lage, die drei Chips von meinem Board zu nehmen und sie auf ein anderes Board zu setzen. Er war in der letzten Phase der Synchronisierung (Synchronisierung der Chips mit dem Board), aber die Verbindung wurde von einem Administrator blockiert (vermutlich dem Ledger-Admin, da die anderen Prozesse erfolgreich verliefen).
Gibt es einen Systemadministrator oder jemanden auf der Sicherheitsseite, der für die Überwachung dieser Art von Dingen zuständig ist und die Verbindung der Chips mit dem Board selbst aktivieren könnte?

What exactly do you mean by that? The device doesn’t have it’s own connection to the internet and can function completely offline. There’s no “ledger admin” watching you solder chips to the board approving or disapproving anything.
Be careful though, because the firmware does have anti-hacking routines that will automatically wipe the chips if there is a suspected attempt at hacking them.

no, there is no ledger admin looking at what you call “connections”. In fact you can connect your ledger to front-ends that are not made by ledger (e.g. Electrum, for BTC, or MetaMask, for ETH etc).
Moving the chips to another Nano PCB board seem VERY risky, ad there are different chips versions and board versions, probably not compatible with each other, so what you did is very likely to cause your chips to fry or reset (i.e. permanent access loss to all your assets). Just fixing the USB port would have been a much safer option here.
