Coinbase zu Ledger ETH verloren?

Habe gerade eine kleine Überweisung von Coinbase pro zu meinem Ledger gemacht. Nicht in meinem Ledger erhalten, aber Coinbase sagt, es ist vollständig. Es ist ein paar Tage und keine Antwort von Ledger gewesen. Hat jemand anderes dieses Problem? Ich sehe es auf etherscan und es sagt vollständig und ich weiß, dass ich die richtige Wallet-Adresse verwendet. Danke!

I’m assuming you’re using Ledger Live, which is shit. If Etherscan says it’s complete then you can trust the transfer is complete 🙂

Post on the Ledger website says ETH not showing in transactions , but shows in accounts on Ledger Live . . . . . . .always worth looking what they saying on the website .

there is a known issue in ledger live:

LL does not show some kinds of Tx used by centralized exchanges (they are called “internal Tx because they are made by smart contracts on the exchange side). Those types of Tx are used by CeX when your withdraw to deposit on your ledger account.

But the ETH balance on LL takes the deposit correctly into account.

And you can check the Tx on etherscan, if you look under the “Internal Transactions” tab.

hey op are you using the mobile app ? if yes try the desktop version i had same issue couple days ago whit Solana not showing in the mobile app but showing on desktop app.

be sure to download from official ledger website.

how old is your ledger? if you’ve owned it for more than a few years you might have a legacy account type that the current version of Ledger is no longer showing. hence the bug referenced by others below. there is a workaround if this is the case…

Just use “connect hardware wallet” to connect your ledger to metamask on a laptop or to Phantom mobile on your phone. Then you can see your eth or anything else and use it or send it. Other apps work much better as front ends for your ledger than ledger live does. This also allows you to use tokens on eth or Solana with your ledger that live doesn’t support directly.
