Hallo Freunde! Hier ist meine Geschichte, und ich bleibe dabei. Und Junge, ich brauche wirklich eure Hilfe! Gestern Abend habe ich Vermögenswerte auf meine Wallet übertragen. Ich wollte SHIB INU-Aktien übertragen. Auf Ledger Live suchte ich in der Rubrik Konten nach SHIB INU und versuchte, ein Konto zu erstellen. Ich erhielt eine Meldung, dass SHIB INU direkt auf ein Erethium-Konto übertragen werden können. Also ging ich zu meinem Erethum-Konto auf meinem Nano X und erhielt meine Wallet-Adresse, um die Anteile zu erhalten. Ich ging zum [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) App und eröffnete mein SHIB-Konto. Ich drückte auf „Abheben“ und gab die Wallet-Adresse von meinem Nano X ein. Die Aktien wurden von meinem SHIB-Konto abgezogen und an die Wallet-Adresse überwiesen, die ich eingegeben hatte. Mein Erethium-Konto hat die Anteile nicht erhalten. Ich kann die Wallet-Adresse sehen, an die die Anteile überwiesen wurden, aber ich weiß nicht, ob und wie ich die Anteile von der Wallet-Adresse, die ich angegeben habe, zurückholen kann.

Ich habe mich mit den Leuten von [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) kontaktiert, und sie sagen, dass die Aktien in der von mir gesendeten Wallet-Adresse sind. Aber sie können mir nicht sagen, wie ich meine Anteile von dieser Wallet-Adresse abrufen kann. Ich bin neu bei Ledger Live und Nano X, und ich brauche wirklich Hilfe von den Krypto-Veteranen. Did tou send them on the ETH or CRO network?

Try to locate them with a blockchain explorer, looking at your address on each network.

In any case, you can access them using MetaMask, connected to your ledger with connect hardware wallet, and configured for the proper network.

My bet is that you sent them on the CRO network, because it is the default network when sending from cronos…

With respect to this transaction, there is a good chance that you may have withdrawn the SHIB tokens via a network different than the Ethereum network. There is a good chance that you withdrew the tokens via another network (such as the Cronos network).

If you check the transaction hash/ID – which network was used to withdraw the funds? That will ultimately hold the answer to the question of „where“ the funds are.

Firstly, ignore all direct messages to „help“ you.

If you used the correct address, the Shib will be there. Have a look on ethscan to check.

If the shiba inu is in your account, it should give you the option to send them out.

Then the account you are looking at on MM is incorrect. Should be the dame address as your eth account.

Unfortunately Crypto com won’t help you… This happened to me and this worked.

Visit this Ledger Page on how to download Cronos Chain App on your computer.

Once you’ve downloaded it, follow the set up guide on Ledger page link above to complete the setup process. Send some CRO Coin on Cronos Chain as you need some CRO to pay for gas fees.

Go back to your Crypto.com app and get the deposit address for LDO on Cronos Chain. Copy it and head back to your desktop Cronos Chain app. Click on Assets tab on the left session of the app and you’ll see your LDO coin. Click send and paste the address you copied from your Crypto.com app. Remember to have at least 1-2 CRO on Cronos Chain (for gas fees) to be able to perform this task.

10000% u withdrew via cronos network. If u paid ur fee in CRO u know this. Also if u check the address/transaction ID on a Cronoscan block explorer it will likely show u ur tokens.

If this is the case u wanna just go to MetaMask and connect ur ledger as a hardware wallet then u import the token for SHIB and boom it’ll appear.

Remember u gotta send CRO to this MetaMask account once it’s made so u can pay the gas fee to send ur SHIB back to crypto. Com (lol I know it sucks).

When it is back on crypto.com withdraw it again to ur ledger but this time choose the Ethereum ERC20 network or youll run into this exact issue again lol. Goodluck OP U got this.
