Ich habe vor 3 Tagen ein Ticket eingereicht, um mit dem Support zu sprechen, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Mein CRO ist jetzt einfach aus der App verschwunden und sagt, dass es nicht unterstützt wird. Wo hat es gehen, wie gehen, um es wieder zugreifen, so kann ich alles aus dieser Wallet und zurück in die Sicherheit von crypto.com bekommen?

They said it was going to be getting unsupported a few months ago. I seen multiple warnings saying to withdraw cro to another wallet… Now all u can really do is put ur seed phrase into another wallet that supports cro.

Man just use a ledger, ellipal is straight trash I been saying this for months now, worst software ever and garbage support, if not ledger, trezor is a good option, bitbox02, Ngrave, coldcard or blockstream jade for just bitcoin only but I would advise against leaving too much value on any exchange, doesn’t matter which one but the cold wallet is by far the best option it’s just unfortunate you ended up with ellipal because had you just went with even ledger, their app and software is phenomenal, this situation would never happen on a good wallet, anyway just wanted to put in my 2cents

Suddenly? They’ve been saying it for a few months. Its been on reddit, twitter the ellipal website…

And the fact that you have no idea that tokens that get delisted from an app don’t just vanish…. load your seed in a wallet that does support it problem solved.
