Ich baue gerade Intel 64 Bit Windows 10 neu auf. Trezor Suite herunterladen (von trezor.io); installieren und App starten. Positioniere den Cursor in der App und dann ruckelt es plötzlich heraus. Kann nicht zurück zum App-Fenster gelangen. Das Verhalten des Cursors ist zufällig. Bewege ihn ein wenig, dann springt er woanders hin. Eine Aufgabe im Task-Manager zu beenden, da der Cursor überall war, aber sobald die Aufgabe beendet war, verhielt sich der Cursor wie er sollte.

Erneuter Versuch mit neuem Download. Gleiches Ergebnis. Es gibt noch viel zu tun bei diesem Rebuild.

Ich werde es noch einmal versuchen, wenn ich fertig bin und neu gestartet habe (großer FS2020-Download ist im Gange)

any chance you’re using a USB mouse?
try using the built-in touchpad or touch screen (in case you have a laptop)

also try connecting Trezor through a powered USB hub, or at least play around with which port it’s plugged into

Wondering why wouldn’t you rebuild with Windows 11?

Last time I saw this happen it was because two mice were attached to the system and the user did not realise.

To add…., the app was on its first welcome screen. It had not got to display of wallets. Was asking if i was ok with sharing confidential info etc and then there is a confirm button. As soon as I selected no to share info the cursor went nuts
